Most of you know, I had an honorable discharge from the Navy in 93. After that, I stayed in San Diego and worked many jobs in the hospitality industry and was going to school p/t and traveling a bit. In 98, I moved to Chico and received my degree in Recreation Admin in 2000. I again moved to S.D., but immediately relocated to northern cal to work for a Parks and Rec. dept in Brentwood, ca. which is located by Antioch for those who may know that part of the east bay. In feb 02, I joined the Navy reserves and was able to fulfill a dream of mine and became a Navy Deep Sea diver in mar 03. I returned to Brentwood to continue P&R, but I took a voluntary recall of reservists for active duty and ONCE again, I am in San Diego, diving and livin' the dream baby! I married my beautiful wife Jenn in Nov. 03 and have two awesome children. They are a riot! For four years I worked for a ship's husbandry command, doing repairs on Navy ships while they are still in the water, but as of feb 08, I am working with Explosive Ordinance Disposal Mobile Unit 3 in Coronado, much different than my last job, but awesome still, you'll have to ask me about it at the reunion... |
